This reminds me to re-read St Basil's sermon to the rich. It is unsettling and I need to be unsettled. I think that very few people indeed would be willing to read it as addressed "to me" and as a list of things (wholly unrelated to party politics) in which I am unthinkingly, habitually complicit. bekkos.wordpress.com/st…
