Dear faux-Ed: I wonder if the statistic of "56% of Americans believe that offering meat free options at Thanksgiving is “important.”" is akin to abortion polls, where it matters how you ask. I'm sure, being a meat-loving red-blooded American, if you asked it like "is meat good?" most people would answer "yes, meat good!" But, if you ask "is it important that we don't openly ridicule those less fortunate among us who don't eat meat every day (knowing that it must be some evil doctor that convinced them of this" then many of us would reply "grumble grumble sure, I guess so."

overall excellent newsletter. Maybe non-Ed should take over more often for real Ed so he can get to the real doctor who may convince him to at least give up his smoking so he'll stick around with us all longer!

I decided to go with "99% of polls made available to the public are deliberately skewed in order to influence the behavior of the public".

If we were to add bacon bits to everything that is not meat, only the Muslims and vegetarians would object.
