96% of Catholics agree with the Bishop? Maybe 96% of Catholics want accountability for the abuse scandal, but I fail to see how what the Germans are doing bring accountability.
So, Mara Klein, who explicitly rejects his own biological reality, you know, the one God gave him at conception, in no way, shape, or form disrupts or injures the unity of the faithful, but the continued celebration of the TLM is a dagger in the heart of the Church, and must be expunged for all eternity. Do I have that right?
"'“I am aware that I am often the first trans person or first nonbinary person that a person encounters and that how this whole group is perceived depends on the encounter with me — whether consciously or unconsciously,” Klein told katholisch.de"
Mara seems to be more self-aware than Irma. I would be in favor of composing the entire steering committee from people who suffer from gender dysphoria, because maybe their hearts will be more open to hearing the voice of God, who is close to the lowly and the outcast. But for the sake of diversity there should be both kinds: those who suffer from it and at present give in to the temptation that it presents (to remake ourselves, rather than to allow ourselves to be conformed to Christ), and those who at present just suffer from it full stop.
I am always disgusted at the way the Synodal Way uses the abuse scandals as justification for their project. It's so cynical and shows no respect for the victims to use it as fodder for their own agenda.
Also, when I first saw the photo, with "Mara" hulking over two male bishops, I guessed that there was something fishy going on. That they gave this person a spot on a committee that only has four people says something about the priorities of those involved.
I so wish Jesus were here to ask the question,” Jesus did You want us to stay stuck in our beliefs and actions or did you want us to grow as time and the knowledge You gave us ?” I listen always for Your answer.
The simple solution is to forget about any canonical joint body and simply give ZdK the proceeds from the Church Tax, so then the bishops can come to them for any grant requests they may seek. Problem solved.
An illicit Mass for an illicit committee, how fitting.
And such terrible music.

I pray that they fail, that their stupid schemes all collapse, and the German tax code is changed to take all their money away.
They are the snake upon which Our Lady treads. Pray for their sincere conversion and repentance.

I do hope that these people are treated in the same way as Vigano and the Poor Clares etc but I suspect not.

How do you solve a problem like Mara? How do you catch a cloud and pin it down...
(My apologies to the nuns in the Sound of Music)
